Over the weekend, Walking with Anthony and The First Step Foundation hosted the Movement for Change Gala at Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

The exclusive event gathered celebrities, VIPs and tastemakers for the charitable event with proceeds benefiting those affected by spinal cord injury. Celebrity Presenter of the evening, LaVar Arrington arrived in style wearing a grey tailored suit. The former NFL linebacker greeted guests and spoke with beneficiaries before heading inside.

Next to arrive was “Filthy Preppy Teen$” star Max Carver with pal Blake Copper Griffin to support the Walking with Anthony Foundation. The duo snapped photos with guests and previewed the items that were being auctioned off to help benefit those affected by spinal cord injury.

Emcee of the evening, Terrence J was greeted upon arrival by founder of Walking with Anthony, Micki Purcell. The “Perfect Match” star arrived in high spirits and was ecstatic to be part of such wonderful organization. The evening featured a cocktail reception followed by dinner and program curated by Terrence J in addition to a live auction and special performances The Company men and Rock With U.
