Tuesday, May 23, 2017, the TJ Martell Foundation announced plans for L.A. Family Day presented by CITI at the Grove on Saturday, October 7, 2017.

L.A. Family Day Co-Chairmen Ken Bunt, President of Disney Music Group and David Schachter, Sr. Vice President Wealth Management at UBS gave an overview of plans during a West Coast Board and Music Industry Mixer.

Honorees for L.A. Family Day include Amy Howe, COO of Ticketmaster and her family; Dr. Robert Seeger, Senior Investigator, Cancer Research Program Director, Cancer Research Program 1989-2017, at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Dave Berryman, President of Gibson Guitar.

L.A. Family Day will include the Spirit of Excellence Awards Dinner on Monday, October 2 at the Luxe Hotel – Bel Air with a performance by Grammy Nominated artist Andy Grammer.

“It is an honor to be involved with the T.J. Martell Foundation’s L.A. Family Day which raises funds for innovative pediatric cancer research at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles,” said Ken Bunt. “The T.J. Martell Foundation has supported research at CHLA for over thirty years which has created clinical trials and new therapies that have saved children’s lives.”

The T.J. Martell Foundation also announced other key events including:

Wine LA’s Rock Stars of Wine, June 28, at Leica Store and Gallery, Wine LA Stars of Pinot, July 19 at Sofitel Beverly Hills and The L.A. Wine Dinner which will be held in February 2018.
