The ASPCA® (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®) hosted its annual Humane Awards Luncheon at Cipriani in New York City on Nov. 14, which honored many worthy recipients, including world-famous fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi with the 2019 Presidential Service Award.
