Legendary soccer icon David Beckham is headed to an American army base in Germany to visit the troops and raise morale.

Beckham and his Los Angeles Galaxy teammates will fly to into Kaiserslautern in southwest Germany on Monday November 23 to visit U.S. troops and their families. He’ll then travel to the Landstuhl Regional Medical Centre where he’ll meet wounded war veterans being treated for their injuries.


And of course, Beckham and the boys will also take part in a friendly soccer game against local team Kaiserslautern FC on 26 November.
