Dionne Warwick Live In Concert – An All-Star Liverpool Salute has been set for Sunday 14 March 2010 (Mother’s Day) at 6.00 PM at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool, with proceeds to go to charity.

The evening will be hosted by television star David Gest, recent winner of ‘Celebrity Come Dine With Me’ which was seen by more than ten million people. Ms Warwick will be joined by some very special guest stars for a one hour concert featuring many of her greatest hits. The evening will benefit Liverpool Cathedral Centenary Fund & Variety Club – The Children’s Charity North West.

Dionne Warwick’s reputation as a constant hit-maker during the last five decades has been firmly etched into the public consciousness, thanks to nearly sixty charted hits worldwide. Since she began performing in 1961, Dionne Warwick has touched millions of people around the world with her classic recordings including “I Say A Little Prayer,” “Alfie,” “Do You Know The Way To San Jose,” “Don’t Make Me Over,” “Anyone Who Had A Heart,” “A House Is Not A Home,” “I’ll Never Love This Way Again,” “Deja Vu,” “Heartbreaker,” “Promises, Promises,” “I’ll Never Fall In Love Again,” “What The World Needs Now Is Love,” “Message To Michael” and “That’s What Friends Are For,” just to name a few. She has sold over 100 million records worldwide and has won almost every Award possible for her legendary musical career.

The concert is the night after the Variety Club’s annual Ball in London, also featuring Warwick.
