The Dave Matthews Band and Staind are among the performers who have had songs included on a new charity album compiled by Red Sox first baseman Kevin Youkilis.

Music Hits Home will raise money for two charities – Christopher’s Haven, which offers apartments for families of children with cancer being treated at MassGeneral Hospital, as well as Youkilis’ own charity Kevin Youkilis Hits For Kids, which is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children.
