Sarah Leners will be the Guest Celebrity Runner at the Race for Research benefiting Brain Tumor Research in California in November.

Proceeds from the race on November 6 will directly fund innovative pediatric and adult brain tumor research including the esteemed work of Dr. Linda Liau’s team at UCLA’s Department of Neurosurgery, Dr. Jonathan Finlay’s neural tumor team at Children's Hospital Los Angeles/USC Keck School of Medicine and the Department of Neurosurgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Sarah was a NCAA D-1 Track & Field athlete at Dartmouth College and placed as high as 16th at the US Junior Olympic Games in Track for the heptathlon.

In September, Sarah will host the 2011 Indulge Los Angeles Olympic Collection event for lovers of chocolate to benefit the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
