Usher is the founder of Usher's New Look Foundation, a non-profit organization which empowers teens to become leaders and create change in their communities through Powered By Service, a peer-to-peer training program, in which teens learn to identify their talents and apply that talent or passion to make a difference, through their own solutions. Usher launched Powered By Service in 2009 at Clinton Global Initiative in New York.
