This episode of “Playing It Forward” will be available on Crackle Friday, Nov. 21 and features a secret show by multi-platinum, GRAMMY Award-winning rock band IMAGINE DRAGONS. The Las Vegas quartet performed three fan favorites, including the newly released single “I Bet My Life” from their upcoming second album, the 9x platinum single “Radioactive” and the 2x platinum breakthrough single “It’s Time,” to an amazed crowd in front of Bellagio in Las Vegas.

Crackle’s original music series, “Playing It Forward,” is a special documentary-style music series produced by Team Downey, an entertainment company founded by Robert Downey Jr. and Susan Downey, as well as veteran music producer/composer Tony Berg and Kevin Lake. The “Playing It Forward” music movement showcases surprise street performances by some of the world’s biggest artists in unplanned, unexpected environments across the country benefiting music education and charities of the artists’ choice.

In addition to creating unforgettable content, “Playing It Forward” is committed to changing lives and supporting organizations dedicated to preserving music education. Crackle will donate $100,000 per episode to the charity of the artists’ choice. This episode of “Playing It Forward” will benefit music education programs in four Las Vegas schools including: Bonanza High School (Dan Reynolds Alma mater), Valley High School, Sunrise High School and Bailey Middle School.

“I will never forget Mrs. Thompson, my music teacher at R. Guild Gray Elementary School here in Vegas, who took the time to help me individually – or Mr. Roberts at Kenny Guinn Middle School,” said IMAGINE DRAGONS vocalist Dan Reynolds. “Our band wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for skilled, patient music teachers and every kid deserves that chance. We’re grateful that ‘Playing It Forward’ is working to fund music education at some of the schools here in our hometown that need it most.”

“Music is a shared passion among our viewers and we’re excited to kick off our next event with IMAGINE DRAGONS,” said Executive Vice President of Digital Networks at Sony Pictures Television and GM of Crackle, Eric Berger. “‘Playing It Forward’ is an opportunity to raise awareness and money for music education and it’s an honor to be joining forces with such incredible talent.”

Additional unexpected performances from “Playing it Forward” will be announced at a later date. Fans can get more details by clicking here.
