Chevy Chase is to host the 11th annual Collaborating for the Cure dinner and auction in New York on November 20.

The event will benefit the Institute Without Walls cancer research programs supported by the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation, and attracts over 1200 people every year.

This year’s musical entertainment will be Steely Dan, and an auction will give attendees the chance to bid on private yacht cruises, wine and dine with celebrities, and stay in some of the world’s most exclusive hotels and lodges. These will be listed on CharityBuzz.com nearer to the big night.

Recent events to raise money for the foundation have garnered the support of the Eagles' Joe Walsh and Glenn Frey, as well as the Counting Crows, Lyle Lovett, and John Fogarty.

Ticket information can be found at the Waxman website.
