The Step Up Women's Network is to honor Desperate Housewives’ Marcia Cross at their 6th Annual Inspiration Awards.
Every year the organization – which is dedicated to strengthening community resources for women and girls through hands-on community service, mentoring, and fundraising for women’s health and critical issues – rolls out the orange carpet and hosts an awards gala that honors people who embody the spirit of Step Up through their philanthropic impact in the lives of women and girls.
Joining Marcia Cross in receiving honors this year are journalist Lisa Ling and the president of the NBC Universal Women and Lifestyle Networks, Lauren Zalaznick. Awards will be presented by Tori Spelling, Constance Ramos and Diana Nyad.
The event will take place on June 5 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in California. Tickets start at $100 and are available here.
