Jackie Chan visited the Sichuan Province of China this week to bring aid to victims still struggling with the effects of 2008’s devastating earthquake.

According to Jackie’s website: “On November 28, Jackie traveled to Sichuan with the People’s Insurance Company of China Charity Foundation to deliver supplies, donate money, and lend moral support. While there, he visited with the children, playing games and donating a piano.”

Jackie has been instrumental in helping the victims since the earthquake struck in May, 2008. This week, he also revisited the Panda Research Base in the region – which he donated US$146,600 to in 2009 and also became the “adoptive parent” of two panda babies – to see how breeding programs are advancing.
