Halle Berry will be taking part in the Jenesse Center Silver Rose Weekend on April 17 and 18.

The Silver Rose Weekend is the Center’s annual forum where Jenesse board members, staff, community leaders and Chairperson, Halle Berry, come together to honor those who make a difference. They count on and celebrate people whose commitment to their cause of ending domestic violence has transformed the lives of countless numbers of men, women and children.

The weekend will kick off with a special Awards and Auction Gala on Sunday, April 17, at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and will continue on Monday with the Halle Berry Celebrity Golf Classic at the Wilshire Country Club.

Founded in 1980 by five African American women who were survivors of domestic violence, the Jenesse Center provides victims of domestic violence with a comprehensive, centralized base of support to assist them in addressing their immediate crisis and changing the patterns of their lives.
