Classic rockers Chicago will be in New York City next month for a special benefit show.

Proceeds from the event – to be held at the BB King Blues Club and Grill on November 19 – will benefit Musicians on Call.

It’s no secret that music can help you feel better. That’s why Musicians On Call brings music to the people that need it most – hospital patients. Musicians On Call’s mission is to bring live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. By delivering live, in-room performances to patients undergoing treatment or unable to leave their beds, they add a dose of joy to life in a healthcare facility. Through the CD Pharmacy program, Musicians on Call provides hospitals with complete CD libraries and personal CD players for patient use. Since 1999, MOC volunteer musicians have performed for over 300,000 patients and their families.
