Perry flew to Sudan in 2001 with members of Christian Solidarity International to negotiate the release of Sudanese slaves.

He and the other members of Jane’s Addiction donated the profits from one of the concerts to secure the release of 2300 Sudanese slaves.

Perry performed at “ONE NIGHT FOR INDIA,” a charity concert event to benefit the fight against the emerging HIV/AIDS crisis in India.

Farrell performed on Chabad’s annual “L’Chiam – To Live” telethon to help raise funds for people in need of food, clothing, shelter and hope.

Farrell met with Tony Blair to discuss global warming in 2007.
