Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity is counting down to Christmas with a star-studded online advent calendar.
A host of the UK’s favourite celebrities, including stars from Strictly Come Dancing, The X Factor and Downton Abbey, have recorded video messages sending their season’s greetings to families at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Among the stars who have been revealed so far are Orlando Bloom, Tess Daly, Vernon Kay, Dynamo, Olly Murs, Union J, Little Mix, Peter Andre, Martin Freeman, Pixie Lott, Alan Carr, Emma Bunton, Miranda Hart… and more to come over the next few days!
Each day, the charity will post a cryptic clue on Twitter and Facebook before opening the advent calendar to reveal the identity of the star behind the door.

The charity is also asking people across the UK to send their own Christmas message to children at Great Ormond Street Hospital as part of its Great Big Christmas Stocking Appeal, which invites supporters to write messages on stockings which are displayed in the hospital for patients, staff, and families to read.
