Lights Camera Cure (LCC), a Los Angeles-based charitable organization whose mission is to raise money and awareness for pediatric cancer patient support and research, held its 5th Annual Hollywood Dance Marathon on April 2, 2016 from 1-7 pm at the Avalon in Hollywood.

Celebrity guests and participants from all over Southern California and beyond showed up to dance for a cure to pediatric cancer.

With a Host Committee of celebrities including Terrell Owens, Neil Brown Jr, Jillian Rose Reed, Stephanie Bauer and Landry Bender, The Hollywood Dance Marathon high-energy dance party featured non-stop entertainment with a performance by Alyson Stoner to her new single “Woman,” DJs, a silent auction, food, drinks and more. Notable attendees include event emcees Devon Wekrheiser and Sean Marquette, Garrett Clayton, Sebastian Roche and Alicia Hannah Roche, Connor Paolo, Nolan Gould, Allen Maldonado, Tory Kittles, Cory Hardrict, Amy Paffrath, Mollee Gray, Garry Gilliam Jr., Sibley Scoles and many more.

In recognition of her long-time efforts to raise awareness for the fight against pediatric cancer, LCC honored cancer survivor Clare Bowen – of ABC’s hit television show Nashville – with the inaugural “Lights Camera Cure Spotlight Award.” The award was presented to Clare in recognition of her passion and dedication in shining a spotlight on this cause, along with her bravery in sharing her childhood cancer story to give hope to children and families battling pediatric cancer that they can cope and succeed.

With $124,597.68 raised, the proceeds from this year’s event will go to pediatric cancer programs at Mattel Children's Hospital UCLA and the Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital.
