A host of celebrities got into the spirit of Christmas and helped decorate trees for sufferers of Multiple Sclerosis last week.

ACT for MS is a charity started by Gloria Greer to provide assistance for Coachella Valley residents living with Multiple Sclerosis. This year the charity created a Christmas Tree Lane – with decorations donated by celebrities – to welcome people to their annaul charity auction.

Barry Manilow, Paris Hilton, Jerry Vale, Gena Rowlands, Suzanne Somers, Sen. Barbara Boxer, Rep. Mary Bono Mack, and Michael Dante were among the well-known names to donate decorations or sponsor trees. They also donated items such as signed photos, CDs, and other memorabilia to the special charity auction. The trees were also sold.

The auction raised over $25,000 to benefit people living with MS in California.
