UNICEF ambassador Sir Roger Moore has recorded a special video to mark the anniversary of the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

In the video, Sir Roger – best known for his role as James Bond – advocates for the rights of children with disabilities.

“We all have a responsibility of doing our duties as a human being and help the man next door – especially the child,” says the actor.

Sir Roger visited Kazakhstan last month to help raise awareness and support for vulnerable children, especially those with disabilities.
