The world’s biggest pop band, One Direction, have just returned from an inspiring trip to Ghana, where they visited projects that receive support from money raised through Comic Relief's Red Nose Day.

The band filmed scenes for the video of the official Red Nose Day single in Ghana and also made a film which will be shown on the Red Nose Day Night of TV in March.

Whilst away in Africa Harry tweeted “Today was the most amazing day I’ve had so far.. In my life ever,” before adding on his return to the UK “@rednoseday Thank you so much for having us. It was amazing and we’ll see you soon .xx”

The band’s Red Nose Day single, One Way or Another, will be released in February. A cover of Blondie’s 1978 smash hit, the single will be available to pre-order from iTunes from 31st January.

Red Nose Day is back on Friday 15th March 2013, for more information, visit rednoseday.com.
