Helping children who are suffering with unrepaired clefts, many of whom cannot eat or speak properly, and empowering local doctors in developing countries by teaching them to repair cleft lips and palates.

Smile Train has the lowest cost per surgery of any cleft charity, with 100% of donations used for programs.
