Samuelsson has been a UNICEF Ambassador since 2000, and is highly supportive of the organization’s immunization programs. He has created menus for UNICEF’s annual Snowflake Gala, and spearheaded the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF partnership with Gourmet magazine.
