Starlight Children's Foundation will host LA’s iconic Dream Halloween costume party and fundraiser at the historic Park Plaza in downtown Los Angeles on October 22, 2016.

Starlight invites guests to check into the legendary “Starlight Hotel” for Dream Halloween 2016. This one-of-a-kind costume party will delight children and adults with two floors and three ballrooms full of games, crafts, food, live performances and other phantasmagorical surprises throughout the night.
