The Duke of Cambridge, The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry held a party at Buckingham Palace in honour of the children of those who have died serving in the Armed Forces.

Around 850 children were invited to The Palace to take part in a range of activities from face painting, breakdancing to and science experiments to cupcake decorating.

The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry's ‘Full Effect’ and Coach Core programmes also led workshops in beatboxing, breakdancing and a number of other sports.

There were live performances by British singer Jess Glynne and the ventriloquist Nina Conti.

Performances concluded with a special display by the RAF Falcons, who landed outside The Palace and landed in the garden.
