On Thursday, February 16th, TV personalities, recording artists and entertainment industry executives came out to support jeweler to the stars Lauren Russell and celebrate the launch of her LYON Fine Jewelry 2012 Collection and her Equality Bracelet to benefit the non-profit Friendfactor.

Partygoers experienced an evening of Luxury, Beauty, Style and Love at famed ink shop Freak Chic and the adjoining Tuff Sissy lifestyle store and event space. DJ Becka Diamond played 80’s, rock and dance tunes while guests checked out the stunning and sexy 2012 LYON Fine Jewelry collection and the Equality Bracelets line modeled by two beautiful women. Sara Bettencourt, Kate Linder, Whitney Mixter and Rachel Rodriguez of Showtime’s hit TV show, “The Real L Word”, were all seen rocking their Equality Bracelets in support of Friendfactor’s noble work to secure equal rights for the LGBT community.

LYON Fine Jewelry has four different Equality Bracelets in the collection. Each bracelet is aptly named after a city that has been instrumental in the gay rights movement. The Stonewall Equality Bracelet sells for $95 and is made from 100% Sterling Silver and Leather. It is one size fits all and like all of LYON Fine Jewelry’s pieces is unisex. The Castro, Weho and Vere Equality Bracelets are made from the finest silver, 14k and 18k Gold with gorgeous and conflict-free black diamonds and are $775, $1,350 and $1,950 respectively. The slogan for the Equality Bracelet is “We Are All Created Equal.” Supporters can submit photos of themselves wearing the Equality Bracelet in solidarity for LYON Fine Jewelry’s virtual photo petition to show government at the state and federal levels that NOW is the time for Equality to be a reality for all.

Celebrities that rock the Equality Bracelet include: Adam Harrington, Adam Lambert, Aldis Hodge, Allison Janney, Boris Kodjoe, Chris Massey, Christopher McDonald, Cobi Jones, Constance Zimmer, Edwin Hodge, Gina Rodriguez, Grant Show, Jason Mraz, Josh Cooke, Kathy Hilton, Kelly Hu, Kevin Eubanks, Kyle Massey, Lance Bass, Lee DeWyze, Louis Gossett, Jr., Melissa Gilbert, Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger, Perez Hilton, Paul Oakenfold, Nestor Serrano, Nia Vardalos, Reid Scott, Richard Jenkins, Ryan Cabrera, Ryan Devlin, Samantha Harris, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Tim Daly, Traci Lords, Wilmer Valderrama, Zoe Levy and more!
