With its unique blend of rock and blues, Steve Miller Band continues to attract hundreds of thousands of fans to events around the world, and, to date, has sold more than 40 million records. To mark the 40th anniversary of its star-making first album, “The Joker,” the band digitally released “The Joker Live” last year.
The new album, which features exclusive, unreleased tracks, was recorded on the road. Combining with Journey and Tower of Power, Steve Miller Band closed out a successful 2014 summer tour that traveled to more than 30 cities. Miller also makes time to perform with youth symphonies across the country on behalf of Kids Rock Free, a program of music education for children that he supports.
