The star-studded O2 Silver Clef Awards took place in London over the weekend to celebrate music therapy charity Nordoff Robbins' 40th Anniversary and honour some of the biggest artists making an unforgettable contribution to music today.

More than 1,100 guests, including the award winners and stars of music, film, fashion and sport attended the O2 Silver Clef Lunch at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s Park Lane to celebrate the 40-year milestone in Nordoff Robbins’ charitable history.

For a second year the dazzling event host Gaby Roslin entertained an incredible array of stars including award winners Rita Ora, Duran Duran, Iron Maiden, Il Divo, Kasabian, James Bay, Jake Bugg, Mark Ronson, Primal Scream, Gladys Knight and guests Sir Tom Jones, Geri Halliwell, Sir Patrick Stewart, Mark King, Naughty Boy, Oriste Williams, Mark Rylance, Claire Van Kampen and many more.

Peter Andre once again captured the events of the blue carpet with his relaxed wit and charm and posed for pictures with his girlfriend Emily Macdonagh.

The hotly anticipated O2 Silver Clef Auction raised a staggering £740,000, bringing the total funds generated since the Awards launched in 1976 to over £9.2 million to fund Nordoff Robbins’ music therapy work.

Some incredible auction lots contributed to the amazing amount of money raised, including a U2 package which sold for £75k, signed Ed Sheeran guitar for £22k, handwritten Iron Maiden lyrics for £23k and a Mark Ronson DJ lesson and turntable had Level 42’s Mark King and Duran Duran bidding against each other to raise another £12k (eventually won by Mark King).
