Founded by Jeff Probst, The Serpentine Project helps young adults in their last year of foster care, as they transition out of the system and into adulthood.
The charity helps with goal setting, counseling, education and job placement, providing the opportunity, the inspiration and the follow-through to help them realize their full potential and purpose.
