Sarah Jessica Parker will host the amfAR Inspiration Gala New York – featuring a performance by New Order – on June 10.

Event Chairs include Matt Bomer, Alan Cumming, Robert De Niro, Laura Dern, Cheyenne Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Jim Parsons, and Patrick Wilson.

Five years after the inaugural Inspiration Gala took place in New York City, Inspiration New York continues to attract the most prominent and influential members of the entertainment, fashion, and business communities. The gala will feature an auction of exquisite items, a sensational runway show, and unforgettable live entertainment.

Past Inspiration New York honorees and participants include Jennifer Lopez, Fergie, Heidi Klum, Kenneth Cole, James Franco, Uma Thurman, Alan Cumming, Robert Duffy and Marc Jacobs International, Rose McGowan, Cheyenne Jackson, Michael Kors, Ricky Martin, Valentino, and Jean Paul Gaultier. Inspiration New York galas have featured stunning performances by renown artists such as Carly Rae Jepsen, Jennifer Hudson, Liza Minnelli, Courtney Love, Scissor Sisters, and Cyndi Lauper.

The Inspiration Series was launched in 2010 to celebrate men’s fashion and style while raising funds for amfAR’s lifesaving AIDS research programs. Each year features a different design “Inspiration” theme. Since its inception, Inspiration galas have been held in New York, Los Angeles, Paris, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Toronto, and Miami. To date, the Inspiration Series has raised more than $13 million to benefit amfAR.
