Tisdale participated in the UGG Australia’s 6th Annual Art and Sole sale, benefitting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Ashley and her High School Musical co-stars have visited sick children with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Tisdale participated in the Hope for Haiti Now telethon, and supported AHomeInHaiti during the first TwitChange auction.

She designed postcards for the Itty Bitty Art Sale benefitting the PS#1 Pluralistic School in 2009 and 2010.
